When I first worked with the founder and CEO of Planted Places in 2016 to develop a logo for their new business, Planted Places was focused on providing ornamental plant walls to their customers. They crafted "living walls" (mainly succulent arrangements) that were decorative in function, but also brought life and nature into the home.
Years later, the business model shifted into the edible garden space, and I was approached again to refresh the original design that I had created back in 2016. Now, Planted Places is an organic food business specializing in edible gardens, vertical garden walls and planting services for busy, health-conscious individuals. As the business is preparing to further scale, the request was to update the old logo to reflect their new business model, and develop a visual brand system to go along with it.
